Justin Bieber opened up about the an accident on Sepulveda Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA yesterday which took the life of a paparazzi trying to get picture’s of Justin’s pulled over car. Justin was not in the car at the time. Justin said, “Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves.”
