Justin Bieber stepped off the plane in London on April 23 with noticeably blonder hair peeking out from his yellow trucker hat.
The 18-year-old pop star has never been one to shy away from changing up his look. Earlier this year, Justin dyed his naturally golden brown locks an edgier darker hue.
We wonder what made Justin go back to blond? Maybe his girlfriend Selena Gomez prefers it that way!
