There were two heartthrobs wearing this tank-top, but only one can win this Style Showdown! Justin Bieber, 17, was the most recent celeb to rock the Endless Summer tank-top Los Angeles on Wednesday, but it was Zac Efron, 24, who was first spotted wearing the shirt in New Orleans this past August 2011.
