Law enforcement officials confirm to TMZ that Lil Za borrowed Bieber's wheels and was cited by police today at 1:30 a.m. due to the vehicle's tinted windows.
It didn't help that this Lil Za character was also driving without a license and was lucky to only receive a ticket for that offense, as opposed to an arrest. Just a month ago,
Lil Twist also borrowed Bieber's car… also got pulled over… and tragedy stuck when a photographer trying to get pictures of the vehicle was hit by a passing car.
This time around? Lil Za flipped off a reporter while sitting in the back of the squad car.
Might it be time for Justin to find new friends?
